State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Supply Cross Connection Control Training Classes Fleming Training Center The classes offered by the Fleming Training Center are free of charge to any person who wishes to attend. Written registration is required, however, a minimum of thirty days in advance of the class. Confirmation letters for all classes/seminars will be sent out to registrants approximately three weeks prior to class and will contain pertinent details regarding exact location, class content, and materials.
